About

Dre Valérie Duguay

I completed a Doctorate in Psychology at the Université de Moncton in New Brunswick. Before starting my private practice, I gained experience in a hospital setting.

Nature has always been a guiding force in my life, and its calming presence naturally found its way into my therapeutic work. In addition to providing individual therapy sessions virtually, I now offer Walk and Talk sessions in a confidential and peaceful riverside setting. These sessions invite you to immerse yourself in nature while reconnecting with yourself.

My approach is rooted in empathy, humour, and a genuine desire to help individuals navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered on their journey toward well-being.
